It follows from its borders. Based on this, the main question is, what is the effect of the identity-normative policies of the European Union on the relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran between 2002 and 2020? The temporary answer is that the identity-normative policies of the European Union are based on principles such as human rights and democracy, which, based on its criteria, look at relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has caused a decrease in the level of relations between the two political units during the years 2002 to 2020. Iran also sees itself as a great regional power in its relations with the European Union, and they expect the world to recognize this power. This is considered a part of Iran's personal identity in the region, which highlights its importance in different periods. In other words, Iran's territorial and geopolitical identity is considered a part of its inherent power that the European Union should pay attention to.</p> <p>اتحادیه اروپا برای اعمال نفوذ و قدرت خود در عرصه بین&zwnj;المللی در کنار قدرت اقتصادی خود تأکید بر هنجارها و ارزشهایی می&zwnj;نماید که در روابط خارجی خود با سایر بازیگران از جمله روابط با ایران تأثیر مستقیم میگذارد و این بازیگر گسترش این هنجارها و نفوذ ایدئولوژیک را در بیرون از مرز&zwnj;های خود دنبال میکند. بر این اساس سؤال اصلی این است که، شاخصه&zwnj;&zwnj;های سیاست&zwnj;های هویتی - هنجاری اتحادیه اروپا چه تأثیری بر روابط با جمهوری اسلامی ایران بین سال&zwnj;های 2002 تا 2020 دارد؟ پاسخ موقت این میباشد که، سیاست&zwnj;های هویتی - هنجاری اتحادیه اروپا مبتنی بر اصولی مانند حقوق بشر و دموکراسی میباشد که بر اساس معیار&zwnj;های خود به روابط با جمهوری اسلامی ایران مینگرد که موجب کاهش سطح روابط دو واحد سیاسی طی سال&zwnj;های 2002 تا 2020 گردیده است. ج. ا. ایران نیز در روابط با اتحادیه اروپا خود را به عنوان یک قدرت منطقه&zwnj;ای بزرگ می&zwnj;بیند و انتظار دارند جهان نیز این قدرت را به رسمیت بشناسد. این بخشی از هویت شخصی ایران در منطقه محسوب میشود که اهمیت آن را در دوره&zwnj;های مختلف گوشزد مینماید. به عبارتی، هویت سرزمینی و ژئوپلیتیکی ایران بخشی از قدرت ذاتی آن به حساب میآید که باید اتحادیه اروپا به آن توجه نماید</p> http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/49761
