However, this problem is more common in underdeveloped countries such as Afghanistan, and it is widely used against women in the family, workplace, and society in various ways. However, in this country, in line with the legal protection of women, measures such as; Including articles protecting women against violence against them in the constitution, the approval of most human rights conventions, the preparation of national documents and strategies, etc. have been done. In this research, a descriptive-analytical method has been used to examine the legal foundations of eliminating discrimination and violence against women by looking at the commitments of the Afghan government. خشونت به عنوان یک معضل جدی و جهانی حقوق بشری، علیه زنان در حال انجام است. اما این معضل در کشورهای توسعه نیافته همچون افغانستان رواج بیشتری داشته و به اشکال مختلف و به طور گسترده علیه زنان در خانواده، محل کار و اجتماع اعمال می‌گردد. با این حال در این کشور در راستای حمایت حقوقی از زنان تا کنون اقداماتی چون؛ گنجاندن مواد حمایت کننده از زنان در برابر خشونت‌های اعمال‌شده علیه آنان در قانون اساسی، تصویب قوانین متعدد حمایتی از زنان و تصویب بیشترکنوانسیون‌های حقوق بشری و .... انجام گرفته است. در این پژوهش به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی سعی در بررسی مبانی حقوقی رفع تبعیض و خشونت نسبت به زنان با نگاهی به ﺗﻌﻬﺪات دوﻟﺖ اﻓﻐﺎﻧﺴﺘﺎن شده است. http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/40259
