In this regard, one of the most important pillars of the civil rights charter is the issue of women's rights. The purpose of the present study is to investigate and analyze the level of attention to women's citizenship rights in the context of the Citizenship Charter. The above study shows that women's citizenship rights are accepted in the Charter of Citizenship to an acceptable extent, but there is no guarantee of proper implementation on the one hand and some practical challenges and on the other hand desirable and realistic research of women's rights in Iran with serious obstacles. Is facing منشور حقوق شهروندی نشان دهنده دغدغه دولت درآگاه سازی عمومی درباره حقوق شهروندی ونهادینه کردن احترام به حقوق بشراست .دراین راستا یکی از مهمترین محورهای منشور حقوق شهروندی مساله حقوق زنان است.براین اساس هدف از پژوهش حاضر ،بررسی وتحلیل میزان توجه به حقوق شهروندی زنان درقاموس منشور حقوق شهروندی می باشد.پژوهش فوق نشان دهنده این امر است که حقوق شهروندی زنان در منشور حقوق شهروندی درحد قابل قبولی مورد توجه قرار گرفته ولی با این حال نبود ضمانت اجرای مناسب از یک سو وبرخی چالش های عملی واجرایی از سوی دیگر تحقیق مطلوب وواقعی حقوق زنان رادرایران با موانع جدی مواجه نموده است. http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/17981
