The way of expressing the interests of the educational affairs and the powers of the parents and wives has many shortcomings and should be targeted by the main axis of the educational material, targeting the scope of parents and the wise in order to achieve good ethics in dealing with educational affairs and providing the best interests of the children. از آنجا که در تحقق تربیت عالیه برای اطفال در مواجهه با مسایل جدید حادث‌شده بهترین معیار، استفاده از عنصر «مصلحت» است، این پژوهش، با استفاده از ویژگیهای مصلحت در فقه و با بیان معیارها و دستورالعمل‌های اخلاق اسلامی، مصالح بنیادین در تربیت را برای اطفال ترسیم می‌کند. الگوی اخلاقی و تربیتی مورد نظر با تاکید بر حوایج معنوی اطفال تشریح شده‌است. با استفاده از روش تحلیلی و توصیفی و با در نظر داشتن ابعاد زندگی اطفال و رعایت ظرافت‌هاي مخصوص مواجهه با آنان، ضعف مفهوم مصالح تربیتی اطفال در مقام استنباط و اجرا، مورد بازنگری جامعی قرار گرفته و‌ تربیتِ به نحو احسن، که می‌بایست با ارزش‌هاي اخلاقی و موازين حقوق اسلام همسو گردد، بیان می‌شود. چگونگی اجرای مصلحت و اخلاق مداری در امور تربیتی اطفال، کارکرد اساسی در رشد و کرامت اطفال داشته و تشخیص و تکلیف‌مداری آن به والدین و ولی واگذار شده‌است. شيوه بیان حدود مصلحت در امور تربیتی و اختیارات اولیا و ولی، دچار کاستی‌های فراوانی است و باید با احصاء محورهای اصلي مصالح تربیتی، دامنه‌ رفتار والدین و ولی را به منظور تحقق اخلاق حسنه در مواجهه با امور تربیتی و تأمين منافع عالي اطفال، هدفمند نمود. http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/17328
