The mentioned concepts and the absolute induction in imams jurisprudenc texts bring new meanings of the justice related to the ‘certain quantity’to the mind which will respond to the internal and external challenges of the quotations of the jurists . The analysis and answerTo each of them have been presented and described in this paper in detail. عدالت با امتیاز استخراج معانی فقهی متنوع از آن، یکی از پر اهمیت‌ترین و کاربردی‌ترین مفاهیم در فقه امامیه است. مهم‌ترین دیدگاه‌های فقهی مبین ساختار عدالت مشتمل بر: حسن رفتار ظاهری، ملکۀ راسخ در نفس انسانی، ترک ارتکاب حرام، عدم ظهور فسق در اعمال و پایبندی عملی به پایه‌های دین است که با چالش‌ها و ثمرات فقهی معتنابهی مواجه است که تحلیل هر یک از آنهابه سه عنصر اساسیِ حسن ظاهر، نحوۀ عملکرد یا رسوخ ملکۀ عدالت بر می‌گردد. برآیند معانی مذکور و استقراء تام در متون فقه امامیه معنایی نوین از عدالت موسوم به «قدر متیقّن» عدالت را به ذهن متبادر می‌سازد که پاسخگوی چالش‌های درونی و بیرونی اقوال فقهاء خواهد بود. تحلیل و پاسخ هر یک در مقاله حاضر به تفصیل تبیین شده است. http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/16873
