Accordingly, in the present study, first, the complete person from Farabi's viewpoint and educational philosophy, the essence of education, its possibility and necessity, from his point of view, is presented briefly, and in the further education and training, educational goals and components of the educational system Farabi has been mentioned. The findings showed that the goals of education in Farabi's view were influenced by his philosophical thought in two dimensions of personal and social that can not be separated from each other. Accordingly, the ultimate goal of Farabi education is to attain human happiness, which other educational components also have in reaching this goal. فارابی، پایه‌گذار فلسفه اسلامی است و بررسی جایگاه تربیتی او می‌تواند نقش تعیین کننده‌ای در تبیین اهداف تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی داشته باشد‌. بر این اساس، در پژوهش حاضر، ابتدا انسان کامل از دیدگاه فارابی و فلسفه‌ي تربیتی، چیستی تربیت، امکان و ضرورت آن، از دیدگاه وی را به صورت مختصر معرفی کرده و در ادامه به تعلیم و تربیت، اهداف تربیتی و مؤلفه‌هاي اصلی نظام تربيتي فارابي اشاره شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که اهداف تعلیم و تربیت در نظر فارابی‌، متأثر از اندیشه فلسفی او در دو بعد فردی و اجتماعی است که نمی‌توان آن‌ها را از یکدیگر تفکیک کرد. بر این اساس‌، هدف غایی تعلیم و تربیت فارابی‌، رسیدن انسان به «سعادت»است که مولفه های تربیتی دیگر نیز در رسیدن به این مهم تاثیرگذارند http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/16748
