It has a very negative effect, whose works can be clearly and remarkably emphasized in religious sources and elders' words. The use of haram property makes it impossible for man to understand the ghosts and crimes and to stamp his heart. The spread of harassment in society is considered as one of the factors contributing to the increase of other crimes. This article attempts to prove this relationship in the Qur'an and the traditions of the Qur'an and then the complications of the phenomenon of haram in society, including its crime. The emphasis of the article on aspects and social effects of the subject and duties of the sovereignty in addressing this issue and dealing with the roots and factors of the development of this social problem and less to the individual and moral effects of the subject از ديدگاه اسلام مال حرام نسبت به مسائل و روابط اجتماعي و حق الناسي كه بيش از هر چيز مورد توجه و احترام شارع مقدس است. تاثير منفی بسيار دارد، که آثارآن را می توان با وضوح و تاکید قابل توجهی در منابع دینی وکلام بزرگان مشاهده کرد. استفاده از مال حرام موجب می شود تا انسان قادر به درک قبح گناهان و جرایم نباشد و مهر بر دل او زده شود. گسترش پدیده حرام خواری در جامعه به عنوان یکی از عوامل ازدیاد سایر جرایم مد نظر است. مقاله حاضر با بررسی این موضوع در صدد اثبات این رابطه در قران کریم و روایات بوده وسپس به عوارض پدیده حرام خواری در جامعه از جمله جرم زا بودن آن می پردازد. تاکید مقاله بر جنبه ها و آثار اجتماعی موضوع و وظایف حاکمیت در اهتمام به این مهم و مقابله با ریشه ها و عوامل گسترش این معضل اجتماعی بوده و کمتر به جلوه های فردی و اخلاقی موضوع می پردازد. http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/16747
