Cryptocurrency crimes are the result of scattered tactics commensurate with the electronic deposit and withdrawal of currency,including the use of Bitcoin, Light Coin, Atrium, and other cryptocurrencies for illegal purposes;The present article aims to investigate the crimes of illegal activities related to cryptocurrencies,which has been done by descriptive and analytical methods, while examining the concept of crimes and illegal activities in the field of cryptocurrencies to identify new methods of cryptocurrencies by criminals with Use cryptocurrencies; In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of using cryptocurrencies have been legally analyzed to provide an effective step in identifying the crimes of criminals and preventing them in order to achieve the goals of the research and reveal its dimensions. The results of the study show; Virtual and digital currencies are not in fact illegal. On the other hand, the law for their use has not been approved, except for citing Article 138 of the Constitution of 1398, which uses the currency code subject to the approval of the Ministry of Industry and Mines. Operation based on monetary and payment networks based on blockchain technology and related businesses has focused on developers or a stakeholder organization, which remains a major challenge.</p> <p>اخلاق اسلامی به عنوان یک سیستم ارزشی و راهنمای زندگی برای مسلمانان، بر پایه تعالیم قرآن و سنت پیامبر اسلام (ص) استوار است. در حال حاضر، با توجه به تغییرات سریع در جوامع مختلف و پدیدار شدن مسائل جدید، نیاز به آینده نگری در حوزه اخلاق اسلامی برجسته شده است. در حوزه مبانی اخلاق اسلامی، استفاده از روش&zwnj;های علمی مانند سناریوهای آینده&zwnj;نگری برای پاسخگویی به چالش&zwnj;ها و تحولات آینده بسیار مهم است. با استفاده از این روش، می&zwnj;توان به وسیله تصور و پیش&zwnj;بینی ممکن&zwnj;های آینده، تحلیل اثرات احتمالی آن&zwnj;ها و ارائه راهکارهای منطقی، به شکل هوشمندانه و علمی به چالش&zwnj;های اخلاقی پاسخ داد.روش&zwnj;های مورد استفاده در آینده نگری اخلاق اسلامی شامل تحقیقات علمی، تفسیر قرآن و سنت، مشورت با عالمان دین و فعالان اجتماعی و همچنین برگزاری کارگاه&zwnj;ها و همایش&zwnj;های متخصصان است. با استفاده از روش&zwnj;های علمی و دقت در تحقیقات، مبانی قرآن و سنت به خوبی بررسی و تفسیر می&zwnj;شوند. همچنین، مشورت با عالمان دین و فعالان اجتماعی که در حوزه اخلاق اسلامی تخصص دارند، می&zwnj;تواند به دست&zwnj;یابی به راهکارهای مناسب برای آینده نگری کمک کند. با وجود روش&zwnj;های متعدد، چالش&zwnj;های زیادی در آینده نگری اخلاق اسلامی وجود دارد. لذا در این مقاله قصد داریم با شناسایی سناریوهای آینده نگر در مبانی اخلاق اسلامی: روش&zwnj;های علمی در پاسخگویی به چالش&zwnj;ها، گامی روشن را برای آیندگان هموار سازیم.</p> http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/en/Article/Download/47908
