One of these elements is supervision and control. Having a glance over the state of supervision and control in the country one acknowledges that it suffers many problems. Obviously, the rate of corruption and infractions in executive offices and organizations has a direct relation with the weakness of supervision and control system. Failures in fulfilment of organizational goals, low Productivity rate, client dissatisfaction and low financial-office health are observed as some signs of illness and corruption of Iranian offices. This is while office health, supervision and control are important issues in Islamic viewpoint. Considering the importance of the subject, the objective of this article is to survey office health with Islamic supervision and control with comparison to Iranian office system. سلامت اداري از جمله مباحث با زيربناي اخلاقي در سيستم مدل اخلاق اداري اسلامي است كه مؤلفه‌هاي مختلفي در طراحي اين مدل اخلاقي نقش دارد و يكي از مهم‌ترين آنها نظارت و كنترل اداري است. با يك بررسي اجمالي مي‌توان اذعان نمود كه وضعيت نظارت و كنترل در كشور با مشكلات ساختاري عديده‌اي همراه است، بديهي است كه افزايش ميزان تخلفات و فساد در ادارات و دستگاه‌هاي اجرائي كشور، ارتباط مستقيم با ضعف سيستم‌هاي نظارتي و كنترلي دارد. شواهدي چون عدم تحقق اهداف سازماني، پائين بودن بهره‌وري، نارضايتي ارباب رجوع، ناكافي بودن سلامت مالي ـ اداري نشان مي‌دهند رگه‌هايي از ناسلامتي و فساد اداري در ايران قابل مشاهده است. اين در حالي است كه از نظر اسلام، سلامت اداري و نظارت و بازرسي از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار است. با توجه به اهميت موضوع، هدف اين مقاله بررسي سلامت اداري با نظارت و كنترل اسلامي و مقايسه و تطبيق آن با وضعيت نظام اداري ايران است. http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/en/Article/Download/17051
