Social security, in addition to protecting people's lives and property; It includes the guarantee of fundamental, social and economic rights of individuals and society in general. Social security is always raised as one of the main goals of every society and government, and guaranteeing it is the most basic duty of the government towards the citizens. In this regard, this research was done with the aim of presenting a hierarchical model of criminal protection of basic freedoms with the approach of improving social security. A mixed method (qualitative-quantitative) was used to achieve the goal of the research. In the qualitative part, content analysis of interviews with 21 experts was used to extract the components of the research model. Then, in the quantitative section, to obtain the research model and complete the self-interaction matrix, the opinions of 14 selected experts of the qualitative section who were familiar with completing the self-interaction matrix were also used. The data of the quantitative part of the research were analyzed with the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method and with the help of the ISM MATLAB software, and finally a model consisting of 10 levels was obtained..</p> <p>امنیت اجتماعی مفهومی چند وجهی و یک ضرورت برای استمرار هویت اجتماع است. امنیت اجتماعی علاو بر اینکه به حفظ جان و مال افراد نظر دارد؛ در بر گیرنده تضمین حقوق اساسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی افراد و جامعه به طور کلی نیز هست. امنیت اجتماعی همواره به عنوان یکی از اهداف اصلی هر جامعه و دولتها مطرح و تضمین آن، اساسی&zwnj;ترین وظیفه دولت نسبت به شهروندان است. در این راستا، این پژوهش با هدف ارائه الگوی سلسله مراتبی حمایت کیفری از آزادی&zwnj;های اساسی با رویکرد بهبود امنیت اجتماعی به انجام رسید. برای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش از روش آمیخته(کیفی-کمی) استفاده شد. در بخش کیفی جهت استخراج مولفه های الگوی پژوهش از تحلیل محتوا مصاحبه با 21 خبره بهره گرفته شد. سپس، در بخش کمی برای دستیابی به الگو پژوهش و تکمیل ماتریس خود تعاملی نیز از نظرات 14 برگزیده از خبرگان بخش کیفی که با تکمیل کردن ماتریس خود تعاملی آشنایی داشتند بهره گرفته شد. داده های بخش کمی پژوهش با روش مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری(ISM) و به کمک نرم افزار ISM متلب مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند که در نهایت الگویی متشکل از 10 سطح حاصل شد.</p> http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/ar/Article/Download/52704
