Imam Sajjad subtle hint sighted the need to respect teachers and students to interact interstate And.bh hope that by reminding the law and introduce it to colleagues and students honored once again witnessed more attention to the rights of our spiritual and more spiritual atmosphere of teaching, learning. در طول تاریخ و دربین جوامع انسانی مساله تعلیم و تعلم همواره مورد توجه بوده و ملازمت و پیوستگی معلم ومتعلم در امر تعلیم موجب پدید آمدن حقوقی فی مابین شده است . امروزه در جوامع دانشگاهی رعایت حقوق متقابل استاد و دانشجو و کرامت بین آنان از منظر اخلاق اسلامی قدری فاصله گرفته. از آنجا که ارتباط معنوی استاد و دانشجو در تعلیم وتعلم اهمیت فراوانی دارد ، در دین مبین اسلام منابع غنی برای معرفی این رابطه معنوی که از آن به حق معلم وحق متعلم یاد شده ، موجود است .لذا هدف ازاین پژوهش توجه مجدد به این حقوق از منظر دین بخصوص از منبع ناب رساله حقوق امام سجاد(ع) بوده است.روش مقاله زیر مرور منابع مورد بررسی در این خصوص و تحلیل آنها بوده است.امام سجاد (ع) اشاره ظریف اندیشانه ائی به لزوم کرامت استاد و متعلم به شکل متقابل داشته اند.به امید آنکه با یادآوری این حقوق و معرفی آن به همکاران و دانشجویان گرامی بار دیگر شاهد توجه بیشتر به این حقوق و معنوی تر شدن فضای معنوی تعلیم و تعلم باشیم http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/ar/Article/Download/16808
