Consultation in accordance with Qur'an and Sire of the holy prophet Muhammad played a significant role in the educational and ethical development of Muslims. The kind of attitude towards the council and its function has been the cause of the growth and advancement of the society and sometimes it has caused distortion and divergence. Quran commands the council and considers it to be a principle. In addition to express the status of the council and the principles governing consultation, this article describes its educational and social role based on the council function of Prophet (s) and Imams and relying on documents and narratives, considers the developments in the council during the caliphate period to reveal the effects of this evolution and deviation from the principles of Islam, in the ethical and educational acts of the Umayyad rulers شورا در اسلام سابقه ای دیرین دارد.، مشورت منطبق با قرآن و سیره پیامبر(ص)در شکوفایی تربیتی و اخلاقی مسلمانان نقش مهمی داشته، نوع نگرش به شورا و کارکرد آن اسباب رشد و بالندگی جامعه و در برهه هایی موجب اختلاف و انحراف بوده است، قرآن بر شورا امر کرده و با شرایطی آن را یک اصل بر می شمارد. این مقاله افزون بر بیان جایگاه شورا و اصول حاکم بر مشورت، به توصیف نقش تربیتی و اجتماعی آن بر اساس عملکرد شورایی پیامبر (ص) و ائمه می پردازد و با تکیه بر اسناد و روایت ها به تحولات شورا در دوره خلفا پرداخته تا آثار این تحول و انحراف از اصول ترسیم شده اسلام، در اقدامات اخلاقی و تربیتی حاکمان اموی را آشکار سازد http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/ar/Article/Download/16746
