Compatibility between ethics and jurisprudence, in addition to providing a basis for human education, also leads to incompatibility and the emergence of problems and dilemmas to achieve his perfect goals; Therefore, ethics, in addition to special attention and attention to the responsibilities that he is responsible for; It has also provided Muslims with a suitable environment for the implementation of jurisprudential duties. In this article, the author aims to answer the question, "What is the relationship between jurisprudence and ethics with an emphasis on the doctrine of zakat?", using the verses and traditions of the innocents (peace be upon them), he explained this relationship with the centrality of zakat. The findings of this research are expressed on two levels, the foundations and moral virtues of the teaching of zakat. In terms of purpose, this research is applied research and in terms of data collection, it is a qualitative research based on library resources. In terms of the research method, it is descriptive and analytical.   چکیده دین اسلام  با ارائه آموزههایی در حوزه عقاید، فقه واخلاق،  برنامه هدایت را با فرستادن پیامبر خاتم کلید زده است. سازگاري میان اخلاق و فقه علاوه بر فراهم نمودن زمینهای برای تربيت انسان، به عدم ناسازگاری و بروز زمينه مشكلات و معضلاتي براي نيل به اهداف كمالي او نيز منجر ميگردد؛ بنابراين اخلاق، علاوه بر توجه ويژه واهتمام به مسئوليتهايي كه بر عهده دارد؛ زمينه مناسبي به منظور اجراي تكاليف فقهي، مسلمانان را نیز فراهم نموده است. در این مقاله نگارنده به هدف پاسخ به این سؤال است که «رابطه فقه و اخلاق با تأکید بر آموزه زکات چگونه است؟»، با استفاده از آیات و روایات معصومین(علیهمالسّلام)، به تبیین این رابطه با محوریت زکات پرداخته است. یافته های این تحقیق در دو سطح مبانی و فضیلت های اخلاقی آموزه زکات بیان شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، پژوهش کاربردی و از نظر جمع آوری دادهها، یک پژوهش کیفی مبتنی بر منابع کتابخانهای است. از نظر روش پژوهش نیز توصیفی، تحلیلی میباشد.
