Considering developing flow of significance of human rights obligations and its corresponding activities specially since 2016, together with conclusion of certain bilateral investment treaties towards this trend and as the role of New Generation bilateral treaties in determination and consolidation of Human Rights obligations became more apparent, a survey regarding different aspects of this role and terms of its development will be of great advantage and necessity that in this article has been tried to dealt with معاهدات دوجانبه سرمایه‌گذاری به عنوان یکی از شایعترین ابزارهای انعقاد قردادهای سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی، خصوصا در سالهای اخیر نقش مهمی در گسترش سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی داشته‌اند. با توجه به روند رو‌به‌گسترش اهمیت تعهدات حقوق‌بشری در سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی و فعالیتهای مربوط به آن به‌ویژه پس از سال 2016 و با انعقاد برخی معاهدات دوجانبه سرمایه‌گذاری در این راستا و هویدا‌شدن نقش معاهدات دوجانبه نسل جدید در تبیین و تحکیم تعهدات حقوق‌بشری، بررسی جنبه‌های مختلف این نقش و چگونگی توسعه آن ضروری بنظر میرسید که دراین نوشتار سعی در انجام آن شده‌است. http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/17808
