Finally, in contrast utilitarian ethics to the Code of Global Ethics It was found that Can not adhere to at the same time utilitarian ethics and the Code of global Ethics Because it will lead to Worshiping of code of global ethics or to moral Relativism that The former is incompatible with utilitarianism And the second with the Code of global Ethics. نوشتار حاضر بر آن است تا مبانی فلسفه اخلاق سودگرایانه را در سازمان مورد نقد و بررسی قرار دهد. ابتدا به نقش اخلاق در زندگی مخصوصاً در سازمان، سپس به مبانی و ارکان نظام اخلاقی سودگرایانه اشاره شده است. سه قرائت مهم و اساسی از نظام اخلاقی سودگرایانه یعنی قرائت «جرمی بنتام» و «جان استوارت میل» و «پیتر سینگر» مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گرفته و روشن شده که هر سه قرائت از اشکالات اساسی و مهمی برخوردارند. در ادامه به اصول منشور اخلاقی جهانی سازمان که عبارتند از: 1. اصل امانت 2. اصل مالکیت 3. اصل اعتبار 4. اصل شفافیت 5. اصل منزلت 6. اصل انصاف 7. اصل شهروندی و 8. اصل حساسیت، به طور مختصر اشاره گردیده و در نهایت در مقایسه نظام اخلاقی سودگرایانه با منشور اخلاقی جهان این نتیجه به دست آمد :سازمان نمی‌تواند در عین اعتقاد به نظام اخلاق سودگرایانه، به رعایت منشور اخلاقی جهانی پایبند باشد؛ زیرا به پرستش منشور اخلاقی جهانی و نسبیت‌گرایی اخلاقی منجر خواهد شد. که اولی ناسازگار با سودگرایی و دومی ناسازگار با منشور اخلاقی جهانی می‌باشد.. http://akhlagh.saminatech.ir/fa/Article/Download/16777
